Description

A heart-cut Brazilian amethyst forms the berry at the centre of this necklace. Sculpted sterling silver creates the delicate calyx, with cubic zirconia offering a small glint of light.

The amethyst's violet tone varies naturally from stone to stone. A sliding silver bead adjusts the chain to suit different necklines.

In-Stock/Pre-order Items and Delivery Time

In-Stock Items: Items not marked as pre-order are in stock and will be shipped within 1-3 working days, with delivery taking approximately 2-4 days.

Pre-order Items: Items marked as pre-order take approximately 20-30 days for processing and delivery. For expedited shipping from our overseas warehouse, delivery can be as fast as 4-7 days.

Overseas shipments require the recipient's full name and ID number for customs clearance, and you must download the "EZ Way APP" for real-name authentication. Customs duties may apply, and AWNL does not cover these costs. (For details, please refer to: Explanation of Real-name Authentication for Overseas Shipments）

All products are crafted at our Swedish studio; quality remains consistent regardless of whether they are shipped from Taiwan or our overseas warehouse.

About Natural Stone Characteristics

All AWNL products use natural gemstones. Natural phenomena such as internal cracks and inclusions are considered normal, and colours may vary slightly from the photographs. If you are dissatisfied, you may apply for an exchange at your own shipping expense.

White marks may appear on dark natural stones after friction with metal; this is a normal occurrence, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted for this reason.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns: All products enjoy a 30-day return guarantee. If you are dissatisfied within 30 days of receiving the product, you may return it at your own shipping expense.

Exchanges: If the size is not suitable, please apply for an exchange within 7 days of receipt at your own shipping expense. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Taiwan main island, Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China: Free shipping on orders of NT$3,500 or more; NT$100 below the threshold. Delivery is via Black Cat, SF Express or Hsinchu Logistics.

Return period: Apply within 30 days of receipt.

Size exchange period: Apply within 7 days of receipt. The item must remain undamaged.

Return conditions: Items must be unworn and unused, with original packaging and tags. You are responsible for any loss during return transit.

Refund processing: Processed within 1–3 working days of receiving the return.

Taking meticulous care of your jewellery not only preserves its original lustre and texture but also significantly extends its lifespan.
Jewellery Cleaning

If your jewellery accidentally comes into contact with water droplets, dust, small amounts of grease, or other stains, do not rinse it directly with water, and do not use hard tools to handle it.

It is strictly forbidden to use alcohol wipes, chemical cleaners, or ultrasonic cleaners to avoid damaging the jewellery's surface or internal structure.

Recommended cleaning method: Gently wipe with a clean tissue or towel, or clean with a slightly damp tissue and then gently dry with a silver polishing cloth.

For stubborn stains that are difficult to remove (such as glue, large areas of grease, paint, etc.), please seek AWNL professional cleaning services to avoid causing damage by handling it yourself.

Sterling Silver Care and Restoration

Oxidation Treatment: When you notice oxidation or darkening, use a silver polishing cloth to wipe in one direction along the texture of the jewellery (avoid circular motions to prevent wearing down the plating). Apply slight pressure to the oxidised area until the lustre is restored.

Deep Oxidation Restoration: If a silver polishing cloth cannot address the oxidised areas, we recommend using AWNL professional plating restoration services.

Minor Scratches: You may use a professional silver polishing cloth to gently wipe in circular motions. Deeper scratches require professional handling.

Meteorite Jewellery Care and Restoration

Muonionalusta meteorite are iron meteorites and are sensitive to humidity. Keep them dry and regularly wipe the surface with a lint-free tool cloth; do not soak in water.

Protective Coating Shedding or Rust from Water Exposure: Do not attempt to fix this yourself; contact AWNL professional meteorite restoration services immediately to prevent secondary damage.

Gemstone and Crystal Care and Restoration

For daily cleaning, gently wipe the surface of natural gemstones with a slightly damp cotton cloth; never use an ultrasonic cleaner.

Gemstone Damage Treatment: If scratches, chips, or fading from sun exposure occur, it is recommended to consult AWNL gemstone restoration services to avoid secondary damage.

Softer gemstones, such as garnet and tourmaline, require especially gentle handling; harder stones, such as sapphire and quartz, are more resistant to wear.

Emergency Handling of Structural Damage

Types of Serious Damage: Broken elastic cords, broken chains, falling gemstones, falling meteorites, severe deformation, or looseness and other structural issues.

If you discover any of the above problems, please stop wearing the item immediately and contact AWNL professional restoration services for expert advice. Do not attempt to repair it yourself, as this may lead to further damage.

Proper Storage

When not wearing, store in a dedicated jewellery box and ensure each piece is stored separately.Sterling silver jewellery should be stored in anti-oxidation bags to slow the natural oxidation process.

It is recommended to establish a "daily routine for putting on and taking off," keeping the jewellery box in a fixed location to avoid loss or damage from casual placement.

Proper Wearing Habits

Avoid long-term wear without removal: Wearing jewellery while sleeping or bathing may cause it to get tangled in hair or clothing, leading to chain deformation or breakage.

Caution with Perfume: The alcohol in perfume can erode gemstone coatings and metal lustre. It is recommended to spray perfume first and wait until it is completely dry (about 5 minutes) before wearing your jewellery.

Remove jewellery when exercising, sleeping, or doing housework, especially pieces containing gemstones or meteorites, to avoid scratches or impacts.

Keep Away from Harmful Environments

Avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, sunscreen, and shampoo. Sterling silver and meteorites, in particular, should be kept away from sulfur-containing environments and swimming pools (chlorine).

Gemstones should avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight to prevent colour fading. Meteorite jewellery requires special attention to humidity control.

Gently wipe the surface after wearing to remove skin oils and sweat, which helps prolong the jewellery's lifespan.

AWNL selects natural gemstones without artificial dyeing or surface treatments. Natural fractures, inclusions, clouding and tonal variations give each stone an individual character, reflecting its formation and origin.

Mineral Inclusions

Natural gemstones may contain small crystals, fluid inclusions or bands of colour. These are natural features rather than defects, helping specialists assess a stone's identity and understand its formation.

Colour & Pattern Variations

Colour depth, transparency and lustre vary with the concentration and distribution of trace elements during formation. These differences make each stone individual.

Photographs & Your Stone

Our website uses photographs of actual products. Lighting, camera equipment and screen displays can cause differences from the item you receive. Pieces are dispatched at random from available stock; each has its own character.

Methods for Measuring Bead Size

In the industry, there are two primary methods for measuring bead size:

1. Outer Diameter Measurement

Measurement location: Measure the diameter at the widest part of the bead

Characteristic: May be affected by the irregular shape of the bead

2. Hole-to-Hole Measurement

Measurement: the distance between the two drill-hole openings

Characteristic: Avoids irregularities around the drill holes for more precise measurement

We generally use the average hole-to-hole measurement when selecting beads, for greater consistency and a closer reflection of how the finished bracelet sits when worn.
Natural Variations in Natural Stone

During their formation, natural stones are influenced by geological environments, pressure, temperature, and other natural factors, giving each stone unique characteristics:

Crystal structure variations: Different densities in different parts of the crystal

Cutting characteristics: Variations in hardness in natural stone lead to subtle differences during hand-cutting

Polishing process: Hand-polishing ensures quality but results in natural, subtle variations
