Payment Methods and Security

We support secure online payment methods including Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Please note that some credit cards may charge a foreign transaction fee of up to 1.5%.
We use PCI-DSS certified payment systems and employ SSL encryption technology to ensure the security of your transactions. Currently, we do not offer bank transfers, postal remittances, or cash-on-delivery services.

In-Stock/Pre-order Items and Delivery Time

In-Stock Items: Items not marked as pre-order are in stock and will be shipped within 1-3 working days, with delivery taking approximately 2-4 days.
Pre-order Items: Items marked as pre-order take approximately 20-30 days for processing and delivery. For expedited shipping from our overseas warehouse, delivery can be as fast as 4-7 days.
Overseas shipments require the recipient's full name and ID number for customs clearance, and you must download the "EZ Way APP" for real-name authentication. Customs duties may apply, and AWNL does not cover these costs. (For details, please refer to: Explanation of Real-name Authentication for Overseas Shipments）

Quality Assurance

All products are crafted at our Swedish studio; quality remains consistent regardless of whether they are shipped from Taiwan or our overseas warehouse.

Customisation Services

For customisation services, please complete the Customisation Service Request. Once ordered, production takes approximately 15-30 days.

Packaging Services

AWNL provides complimentary exquisite gift packaging(excluding rough stones, ornaments, small miscellaneous goods, and free gifts).

About Natural Stone Characteristics

All AWNL products use natural gemstones. Natural phenomena such as internal cracks and inclusions are considered normal, and colours may vary slightly from the photographs. If you are dissatisfied, you may apply for an exchange at your own shipping expense.
White marks may appear on dark natural stones after friction with metal; this is a normal occurrence, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted for this reason.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns: All products enjoy a 30-day return guarantee. If you are dissatisfied within 30 days of receiving the product, you may return it at your own shipping expense.
Exchanges: If the size is not suitable, please apply for an exchange within 7 days of receipt at your own shipping expense. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
