We offer a free repair guarantee from the delivery date, for the following periods:

• 60-day warranty: braided cords, elastic cords, waxed cord chains and their components and accessories.
• 90-day warranty: meteorite, natural stones, metal and sterling silver chains, including their components and accessories.

※ Beyond the warranty period, we assess each item and offer an appropriate free or paid repair option to help your AWNL jewellery last.

Repair Coverage

Services include:

• Replacing braided cords, elastic cords or metal chains
• Repairing necklace chains
• Replacing stones in pendants
• Replating metal

Additional charges may apply for damage caused by misuse, improper care or cleaning, or after the 60/90-day warranty period.
