After ordering, contact our team with your text and chosen font. Engraving is complimentary. Please check with us first for longer text or special characters.

Contact us within 48 hours of checkout to change the text or font. Once the ring enters production, the engraving and size cannot be changed.

Contact us with your order details. We will assess whether the design allows resizing and, if so, explain the method and cost for your approval before proceeding.

Materials for custom rings depend on availability. If something is unavailable after you order, we will contact you about waiting or choosing a different style.

Delivery is free to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. After dispatch from our Taiwan warehouse, orders usually arrive within 1–4 days by SF Express or Black Cat, depending on destination. Weekends, holidays, typhoons and warehouse closures may cause delays.

Allow approximately 20–30 days after your size and engraving are confirmed. Our craftsperson completes the setting and hand engraving before dispatch. Delivery time is additional.

After dispatch, we will email you a tracking number. It may take around 12 hours for tracking information to appear.

Yes. Every custom ring includes an AWNL blue ring box, outer box and branded ribbon.

Yes, at no extra charge. Add your message to the cart note before checkout; we will write it on the card and send it with the gift box.

Custom ring materials and production are arranged to your order. Request cancellation within 12 hours of checkout; cancellation is unavailable once production begins.

After an approved cancellation, we process your refund within 1–2 working days. Your bank or payment provider usually takes a further 1–4 working days, though actual timing varies.

Custom rings are made to your confirmed size and engraving, so the 30-day change-of-mind returns and exchanges policy does not apply. Try-ons are not available. Confirm your style before ordering, and use the complimentary sizing tool to check the fit.

If your ring does not match the order, is damaged in transit or has a serious manufacturing defect, contact us with photos within 12 hours of receipt.

Once confirmed, we will arrange free collection, remake and delivery.

Custom rings are excluded from the standard complimentary warranty for ready-to-ship items. For shipping or manufacturing issues, contact us within 12 hours of receipt. Once confirmed, we will arrange a remake or suitable resolution.

Lifetime repair service is available for all custom rings, with costs quoted according to the work required.

Costs depend on the ring’s condition, the work and the materials required. We will explain and quote before proceeding. Resizing is quoted separately according to the ring structure and adjustment needed.
