Shipping Policy

• Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China: Free shipping on single orders of NT$3,500 or more. Orders below NT$3,500 have a shipping fee of NT$100.
  

Shipping Time

• Shipping from Taiwan Warehouse: Once payment is confirmed, in-stock items will be shipped in order within 1-3 working days. Delivery takes approximately 2-4 days(excluding weekends and national holidays).
• Shipping from Overseas Warehouses: If you agree to have items shipped from an overseas warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 4-7 working days(excluding weekends and national holidays).

Delivery Methods

• Taiwan: Shipped from the Taiwan warehouse via SF Express, Black Cat Delivery, or Hsinchu Logistics.
• Hong Kong, Macau: Shipped from the Taiwan warehouse via SF International.
• Mainland China: Shipped from a local warehouse via local logistics.
• Pre-order items: If an item is marked as Pre-order, it must be produced in Sweden and then shipped to Taiwan. Total processing and delivery time is approximately 20-30 days.
• Expedited Pre-order Shipping: If expedited delivery is required, please provide your name for customs clearance and your ID number in the order notes. Our customer service team will assist in sourcing from other Asian warehouses, with delivery as fast as 4-7 days.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

In-Stock & Pre-order Policy

• In-stock items: All items displayed on the website are in stock unless marked otherwise.
• Pre-order items: If an item is marked as a pre-order, it must be produced in Sweden and then shipped to Taiwan. Total processing and delivery time is approximately 20-30 days.

• Product Quality Across Warehouses: All AWNL jewellery is originally designed by our Swedish team and crafted using top-tier workmanship from around the world:
  • Natural gemstones: mainly cut and polished by experienced craftspeople in Jaipur, India.
  • Metalwork: Select sterling silver pieces are crafted by workshops in Northern Thailand with deep roots in silversmithing.
  • Assembly & Quality Control: Some production and assembly processes are completed by long-term partner workshops in China and other Asian regions.
  Shipping policies remain the same regardless of whether the order is sourced from an overseas warehouse or shipped locally from Taiwan.
• Delivery times may be extended due to uncontrollable factors. Please understand that delivery times may also be affected during shopping seasons or national holidays.
