珠寶保養方法
AWNL Jewellery Care Guide
Thank you for choosing AWNL jewellery.
Care helps preserve the finish and character of your pieces for years to come.

Everyday Care
- Keep jewellery away from perfume, skincare, hairspray, cleaning products and other chemicals.
- If it gets wet, dry it promptly with a clean, soft cloth.
- Remove jewellery for bathing, swimming, hot springs and sport.
- Avoid prolonged humidity, direct heat and extreme cold.
- Remove jewellery for sleep and household tasks to protect stones and meteorite from knocks and scratches.
Cleaning & Spills
- For water drops, dust or light oil, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Do not rinse directly or scrape with a hard tool.
- Do not use alcohol wipes, chemical cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners.
- For light marks, use a clean soft cloth or a slightly damp cloth, then dry gently with the supplied care cloth.
- For glue, heavy oil, paint or other stubborn marks, ask AWNL about professional cleaning.
Sterling Silver
AWNL uses S925 sterling silver with 18K gold or white gold plating to slow tarnishing. Exposure to air and moisture can still cause natural oxidation over time.

- After wear, wipe away oils and perspiration with a soft, dry cloth.
- Store in the anti-tarnish bag in a cool, dry place.
- For light tarnish, gently use a silver care cloth in the direction of the surface finish. Avoid harsh rubbing on plated areas.
- For heavy tarnish or deeper scratches, ask AWNL about refinishing or replating.
- Avoid contact with hard objects to reduce scratches and distortion.
Meteorite Jewellery
Material
Our Muonionalusta Meteorite is an iron meteorite, sensitive to moisture and heat.
Everyday Care
Wipe with a clean, oil-free cloth. Do not immerse in water.
Storage
Clean and dry thoroughly before storing in a sealed bag.
Rust
AWNL applies a protective anti-rust coating. If it wears away or the meteorite rusts after contact with water, do not try to repair it yourself; contact us about surface restoration.

Natural Gemstones & Crystals
- Wipe gently with a slightly damp cotton cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners.
- Handle more delicate stones with extra care; harder stones such as sapphire and quartz resist scratches better.
- For quartz, rinse gently with clean water and dry immediately, or use the supplied care cloth.
- For scratches, chips or sun fading, ask AWNL about stone restoration rather than attempting repairs yourself.
- For traditional cleansing rituals, see Crystal Cleansing and Charging.

If a Piece Is Damaged
For broken cords or chains, loose or missing stones or meteorite, or severe deformation, stop wearing the piece and contact AWNL. Avoid home repairs that may cause further damage.
Common Care Mistakes
Daily Wear
- Remove jewellery for sleep and bathing to avoid snags and chain damage. Keep a jewellery box nearby as a reminder.
- Let perfume dry fully before putting jewellery on; allow about five minutes.
Environmental Exposure
- Keep pieces away from chemicals, perfume, sunscreen and shampoo. Silver and meteorite should avoid sulphur and chlorinated pools.
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight for gemstones and control humidity around meteorite.
