A Meteorite in the North
In 1906, a herder in Swedish Lapland found an unusually heavy dark stone: the first recorded discovery of Muonionalusta meteorite. More fragments lay beneath Arctic tundra until geological searches in 1946 brought them to light. Their journey became the starting point for AWNL.
The Genesis of AWNL
From Meteorite to Modern Talisman
Founded by the Lindberg family in the early 21st century, AWNL began with Muonionalusta meteorite and went on to explore natural gemstones from around the world. Each design is considered in its angles, proportions and finish until the material takes centre stage.
