Shipping policy

Delivery Charges

• Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau: Complimentary delivery on orders of TWD 3,500 or more. Delivery is TWD 100 for smaller orders.
• Other countries and regions: Delivery charges range from TWD 2,000 to TWD 2,500 by destination. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
  

Dispatch Times

• Dispatch from our Taiwan warehouse: In-stock items are dispatched in order of purchase within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2–4 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Dispatch from an overseas warehouse: Where you agree to stock being sourced from an overseas warehouse, delivery usually takes 4–7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  

Delivery Methods

• Taiwan: Delivery by SF Express, Black Cat Takkyubin or HCT Logistics.
• Hong Kong and Macau: Delivery by SF Express or Goodmaji.
  
• Pre-order items: Items marked as pre-order are made in Sweden and then sent to Taiwan. Processing and delivery take approximately 20–30 days.
• Expedited delivery for pre-orders: If you need your order sooner, please provide your customs clearance name and identity card number in the order notes. Our customer care team can arrange stock from another warehouse in Asia, with delivery in as little as 4–7 days.
  

※ If stock is sourced from an overseas warehouse for delivery to Taiwan, you will need to complete identity verification through the EZ Way app for customs clearance. Customs duties may apply and are not covered by AWNL.

Track Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

In-stock and Pre-order Items

• In-stock items: Unless marked as a pre-order, items shown on the website are in stock.
• Pre-order items: Items marked as pre-order are made in Sweden and then sent to Taiwan. Processing and delivery take approximately 20–30 days.
• Expedited pre-order delivery:If you need your pre-order sooner, please provide your customs clearance name and identity card number in the order notes. Our customer care team can arrange stock from another overseas warehouse, with delivery in as little as 4–7 days.
• Customs clearance: If stock is sourced from an overseas warehouse for delivery to Taiwan, you will need to complete identity verification through the EZ Way app for customs clearance. Customs duties may apply and are not covered by AWNL.
• Consistent quality across warehouses:All items held in our overseas warehouses are made in our Swedish studio before being sent to each location. The same quality standards apply whether your order is sourced overseas or dispatched locally from Taiwan, and delivery charges remain the same.
• Delivery times may be extended by circumstances beyond our control, particularly during peak shopping periods or public holidays.
