• Your chosen stone materials, charm type and design structure will be made to order.
• The tool is a preview. Silver components, bead spacing, direction and holes may appear different on screen. Our craftsperson adjusts bead count, spacing and arrangement to the actual size.
• Beads are scaled on screen to display different wrist sizes. They may look smaller for larger sizes, but the actual bead diameter does not change. Please refer to the size illustration below.
• The engraving preview is indicative; we will use the font and text you select.
• Natural stones vary in pattern, colour, clarity and inclusions. Preview images come from actual stock for reference; your beads will meet the same material and quality standards. Flecks, bands and markings will vary and are not defects. Ask customer service for reference photos before ordering if you need to see the range of variation.

Not always. Screen size and the preview display can make silver parts, stones or meteorite appear slightly different in proportion from the finished piece.

Not exactly. Hand-finished stones vary slightly in size, and your wrist measurement affects the number of beads. The final arrangement may differ from the preview.

After payment is confirmed, scheduling and making a custom bracelet takes approximately 1–3 working days; complex designs may take longer. It is made in an overseas studio, with another 5–7 working days for transport.

Allow approximately 7–10 working days overall, excluding weekends and holidays. Warehouse closures, holidays or typhoons may cause delays.

Natural stones depend on availability. If a material is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to discuss delayed production or an alternative stone.
