TRACE & NARRATIVE / 痕跡與敘事
The cause of the pink was debated for years. Research in the 2000s identified trace inclusions of an aluminium phosphate mineral (dumortierite-related) as the primary source. Decades of discussion, to determine the origin of one colour.
Ancient Rome used it as a seal for wax. A rose quartz face mask was found in an Egyptian pharaoh's tomb. A stone with a long history of being chosen for direct contact with skin.
Found in Madagascar, Brazil, and South Africa. Transparent crystals are rare; most occurs as translucent mass.
PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES / 物理特性
- Prolonged UV exposure can fade the pink
- Store away from direct sunlight
SYMBOLIC INDEX / 象徵體系

Taurus, Libra
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROJECTION / 心理投射
Self-Regard — Acceptance — Gentleness
Repairs the relationship with yourself. Before directing care outward, it softens the internal standards that have grown too severe. Worn consistently, the criteria by which you measure yourself quietly rewrite.
SELECTOR'S NOTE / 選品手記
His standard for himself is higher than his standard for anyone else. The people around him say it's enough. He doesn't agree. I chose this stone because the internal scoring system needs a quiet editor — something that shifts the axis by a small, sustained amount over time. Wear it long enough and the coordinates move.
